1. About Esfrega
Esfrega is an intermediation platform that connects visitors with cleaning professionals. We do not provide cleaning services, do not employ the listed professionals, and do not control the quality, punctuality, or outcome of services provided by third parties.
2. Platform Role
We act exclusively as contact facilitators. Any agreement, payment, or dispute between visitors and professionals is the sole responsibility of the parties involved. Esfrega is not a party to any cleaning service contract.
3. Accounts and Registration
To create a professional profile or access reserved features, you must register with accurate information and keep your data up to date. You are responsible for your account security and all activities performed through it.
4. Plans and Payments
We offer a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Payments are processed via Stripe. Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Promotional coupons may apply temporary discounts according to their specific conditions.
5. User Conduct
You agree to: provide accurate information; not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes; not harass, defame, or harm other users; not attempt to circumvent the platform's security or payment systems.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
Content you publish (photos, descriptions, reviews) remains yours, but you grant Esfrega a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You may not copy, modify, or distribute other users' content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Esfrega does not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of listed professionals. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or services provided by third parties contacted through it.
8. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews must reflect real and honest experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines, contain offensive language, or are manifestly false.
9. Cancellation and Suspension
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in serious cases.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Portugal.
